Pain in Lower Back, SacroIliac Joints, Buttocks

Nobody is symmetrical!  Many cases of pain in these areas are due to misaligned or tilted lumbosacral segments.
We recommend that you be evaluated by your physical therapist to learn proper use of Seeds and good postural control

  • By sitting on a rice bag under one side of your sitbone (ischial tuberosity), one can successfully manage lumbosacral tilting to reduce excessive loading on one side of the spine or sacroiliac joint.

  • Also practice static standing with abdominal breathing and body scanning to develop the ‘feeling of unloading’, and progress to conscious walking while maintaining this.
